Soldiers On Deployment are not allowed to access to their bank account as the rules are stated because  been assigned on a mission which is also the decision made by the Military Service(soldiers on a mission has no access to his bank account until he/she is been signed off for leave)..

Everything they need is been provided by the U.S/U.N Government here in the Military Base..
